B.A.P revealed a mystery circle teaser photo and gained much attention online.

In the revealed photo, a mystery circle is seen with matoki in the center. There is also strange words written around the circle as well, making fans curious.

B.A.P is currently on their 'B.A.P LIVE ON EARTH PACIFIC' tour and has toured U.S., Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and more.

The words 'B.A.P LIVE ON EARTH WANTED' is also written on the poster as well.

Lee Hyun Woo and Mina Fujii Appointed Ambassadors for “PiFan”

Lee Hyun Woo and Mina Fujii were appointed as honorary ambassadors for thePuchon International Fantastic Film Festival (PiFan), and the two opened up on how they felt.

The official press conference for PiFan was held on June 18 in Seoul.

Lee Hyun Woo said, “So I′ve become the ′PiFan Guy′. I′m so honored, and I′ll work hard to make this film festival more well known.”

His predecessors include Park Joong Hoon, Lee Joon Gi, Lee Wan and Song Chang Eui.

Japanese actress Mina Fujii, who became ′PiFan Lady′ this day, said in fluent Korean, “I was always interested in film festivals as an actress, and I′m honored I′ll be acting as the honorary ambassador. I feel great responsibility because so many big figures have played this role before.”

Mina Fujii is PiFan′s first foreign honorary ambassador. The role was previously taken up by Ha Ji Won, Park Bo Young, Park Ha Sun, Eugene and more.

This year′s PiFan will screen 230 films from 44 countries around the world, under the theme of ′Love Fantasy Adventure′. The closing film, Ha Jung Woo′s comeback piece The Terror Live, has especially been drawing attention.

The festival will start on July 18 and last until July 26.

Kangta joins the men of 'I Live Alone' for his first fixed appearance on a variety show

It has been announced that former 1st generation idol, Kangta, will join the men of MBC's 'I Live Alone'!

SM Entertainment confirmed the good news stating, "Kangta will show himself not as a celebrity, but as the man in his thirties, Ahn Chil Hyun, and show who he really is." This will be Kangta's first time becoming a fixed panel member on a variety show in 17 years.

A representative commented, "From the start of the program, we had interest in Kangta who seems to be character that is different from the original members, so we cast him."

Kangta invited the crew into his luxurious home in Samsungdong, Seoul for his first filming on the 18th, unveiling his home on TV for the first time.

Respect of the film KL Gangster 2 Furthermore, when it will be released in cinemas?

If the latest film schedule will be looked my direction theaters in October. All processes have been completed and have been sent to do the Film Censorship Board (LPF). Overall I am still satisfied with the film, though LPF make some cuts. I hope KL Gangster 2 will be a hit as the first film ever.

What Syamsul latest project after the film KL Gangster 2?

I will produce the second film after horror genre ever recorded Absurdity pretty impressive collection. Title of the film is already there, but first I want to keep it confidential and filming will begin in October or November.

YG Entertainment's new girl group members to debut one or two at a time starting in October

After answering questions about 2NE1's future plans yesterday, Yang Hyun Suk is continuing with his letter to fans to resolve their curiosity surrounding YG Entertainment's new girl group!

As you know, the agency revealed a few members back in 2012 for this upcoming group, before suddenly stopping, and once again started to tease with new photos earlier this year, but that stopped abruptly as well.

We haven't heard much about this new group since then, but according to Yang Hyun Suk, the girls, or at least some of them, will be making their debut towards the end of this year - October to be more specific, which is when 2NE1 is scheduled to release a mini album as well. 

However, it turns out we won't be seeing the group as a whole, but one or two members at a time as they stand in front of the public as individuals before they come together as the group.

Changes in JYP, 'No More JYP Intro in Songs?'

"It is a JYP song but it is not written by JYP?"

JYP, one of the premiere record labels, is famous for putting out songs that are written and composed by JYP, Park Jin Young the CEO himself. That unique model of production, as it turns out, is currently being phased out.

Starting from Baek Ak Yeon's "Slow Song" from last year and 15&'s "I Dream" and "Sombebody," there was no signature intro that goes "J.Y.P" at the beginning of the song. That is because the songs were composed by someone other than JYP himself. Still, they were written by those within the company. Now, JYP is beginning to embrace those outside the company when it comes to song selection. Baek Ah Yeon's new song "A Good Boy" was written by E.One who has no affiliation with JYP.

The real change began taking place last year. JYP opened its doors to composers to the 'outsiders' who are not contracted with the company.

An associate from JYP commented, "During song selection, if there comes along a song that is better than JYP's song, we go with it. We started employing the method since Baek Ah Yeon's debut last year."

Baek A Yeon Goes From Audition Star to Bouncy Solo Singer

Baek A Yeon spread her wings and showed she′s ready to take on the K-Pop scene as a solo singer yet again.

The former SBS K-Pop Star contestant held her showcase A Good Boy by a Good Girl for her mini album A Good Girl on June 17.

This day, she sang her new promotional single A Good Boy and track Tell Me from her new album. She also sang Love, Love, Love from her first album, Les Miserables′ I Dreamed a Dream and the OST of the SBS drama Cheongdamdong Alice, Daddy Long Legs.

The singers′ new track was not a ballad, but a dance song.

She said about her new transformation, “I used to appeal with mature ballad tracks, but I wanted to express how it is to be 20 with my second album. I wanted to sing a bouncy song, and that′s how I came to my new look.”

At the showcase, Baek A Yeon sang for the first time A Good Boy with cute choreography. The lovely singer, bouncing onstage with a cute performance, showed she had a bright future up ahead of her.

After finishing the showcase, the singer said, “Tears came to my eyes when I was in the waiting room after everything was over. I like being called a strong heart, but I think I became nervous about that nickname. I′ll work hard, though, with my strong heart.”

Yoo Seung Ho gets promoted to assistant instructor for the military recruitment training department

Yoo Seung Ho has been promoted to the assistant instructor position for the military recruitment training department!

'Real Man' ZE:A's Hyung Sik Adds New Dimension

ZE:A's Hyung Sik, the new addition to popular military reality show 'Real Man,' has been receiving nothing but positive reviews with his role on the show.

A bit slimmer than other rugged participants on the show, Hyung Sik has nevertheless shown fierce competitiveness and completed all tasks on par or better.

At the start of his training, he cracked a few laughs by following around his neighbor like his life depended on it. ‘Super Star K’: Use your own style

“Super Star K” audition

“Super Star K”, cable channel Mnet’s survival audition program, has announced 21 songs that contestants should not sing when they apply for a primary regional audition for the nationwide competition.

Since the program launched in 2009, so many people have been trying to earn a chance to become professional musicians.

Although some rumors exist about tips that will get contestants to the nationwide competition, none of them are credible, said the production team for the fifth edition of “Super Star K”.

However, staff members said that one way to advance to the next round is not to sing a song that is already too popular among audition contestants.

“Truthfully, those 21 songs are the most sung songs among contestants at the regional auditions”, said producer Lee Sun-young of “Super Star K5″.

“Because so many of the contestants sing them, it is very easy to be compared with other contestants, and judges also tend to focus less when they have heard the same song over and over again”.

The list includes songs in Korean and English. Among the Korean songs are 4Men’s “The Reason I Became a Singer”, Ali’s “Eraser”, 10cm’s “Love in the Milky Way Cafe” and 015B’s “Lost My Way for a Bit”.

Three English language songs made the list: Adele’s “Rolling in the Deep”, Tamia’s “Officially Missing You” and Maroon 5′s “Sunday Morning”.

“Of course, contestants need to have talent to continue advancing in the competitions, but depending on what song they decide to sing, they can appeal their charm more to judges or less”, said Lee.

The producer also said that too many contestants try to emulate the style of finalists or semifinalists from the program’s previous season. As Roy Kim, the winner of the latest edition, played a guitar to a song based on an acoustic genre, many of the applicants for the upcoming season have brought in a similar style during the primary regional auditions.

“As judges have to make a decision whether a contestant is talented or not in a limited amount of time, they tend to give better reviews to applicants who show their own unique music style”, said Lee.

The show will continue its regional auditions in Daejeon on Saturday and in Seoul for two days from June 29. The first episode of the nationwide competition will be aired on Aug. 8.

"Running Man" Places Last in Ratings, Producer Doesn't Care

The popular Sunday variety show SBS’ “Running Man” placed last in ratings for its June 16 episode, with 11.4% (Nielsen Korea). It was 0.1% behind its competition KBS’ ”1 Night, 2 Days,” which hit 11.5%. MBC’s Sunday variety show “Real Man” placed first among the timeslot for the three representative Sunday variety shows with 14.8%. The June 16 episode of “Running Man” was a “super hero” special in which the members dressed up as popular super hero characters and played the games with super hero “powers.” There were no special guests for this episode.

In a phone interview with Newsen, producer Jo Hyo Jin said, “I haven’t paid a lot of attention to the ratings. Sometimes it’s like this and sometimes it’s like that. I think we just need to keep doing what we’ve been doing.”

Previously, many people have voiced the opinion that “Barefoot Friends,” starringKang Ho Dong and many others and airs right before “Running Man” on SBS, is bringing “Running Man” down along with its own flagging ratings. Regarding this Jo Hyo Jin said, “I don’t think that matters.  It’s something we have to do well ourselves,” showing his focus and responsibility for his own show. 

The upcoming episode of “Running Man” will feature guests Jung Woo Sung, Han Hyo Joo, and 2PM’s Junho. The ratings game is a tight one so fans will have to see who rises to the top next Sunday.

MBLAQ’s Mir Used to Have Man Boobs as a Boy

On a recent episode of KBS’s “Mamma Mia,” which aired on June 16, MBLAQ’s Mirand his mother appeared as special guests.

When MC Park Mi Sun mentioned the rumor that Mir used to be obese and shy as a boy, the opposite of how he is now, Mir’s mother stated, “He used to have breasts bigger than Lee Young Ja‘s.” Lee Young Ja is the fellow MC of “Mamma Mia.”

They donated the noodles, originally donated by fans to celebrate their Asia tour, to 'Babfor Sharing'.

'Babfor Sharing', who give lunch to 1000-1500 people who are in need every single day, started in August of 2002. 'Babfor Sharing' said, "We thank TEEN TOP and their fans. It's going to be used well for the 1000 or more people who come here looking for food."
