Park Ji-sung of Queens Park Rangers has been dating Kim Min-ji, a TV presenter on SBS, it was revealed on Wednesday. In photos released by a local media outlet, they were shown walking around a park beside the Han River in the rain on Tuesday with their arms linked, and watching Korea’s final Asian qualifier for the 2014 World Cup against Iran on a smartphone.
Park played the leading role in Korea’s advance to the semifinals of the 2002 World Cup and captained the team during the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, where it made the round of 16 in the quadrennial event for the first time overseas. After he joined Manchester United in the English Premier League in 2005, Park scored 27 goals in 205 games over seven seasons. During his time there, United won four league titles and one UEFA Champions league.
Rumors have been swirling for a while that the football star, now in his 30s, is romantically involved. In July last year, he even requested discretion from the local media in a bid to protect his privacy.
As soon as they were spotted on a date, the charity organization that he launched, JS Foundation, said Park will talk about his relationship with Kim and their wedding plans at a press event in Suwon World Cup Stadium on Thursday, before awarding scholarships to students.
Kim’s mother confirmed the latest report, saying “My daughter told me she has been dating Park, so I recently met him. I liked him because he was very courteous”.
Kim majored in painting at Ewha Womans University and joined SBS in 2010. Her father served as a senior judge for the Seoul Central District Court and now works with a law firm, while her mother teaches Oriental painting at the University of Suwon.

SISTAR's Hyorin asks the audience at 'M! Countdown' to watch their encore performance

Apparently, even though SISTAR won 'M! Countdown', they weren't exactly the focus of the stage during their winning encore performance.

The girls accepted the trophy, but when they started their encore stage and all the other idols stepped off of the stage, Hyorin must have noticed the crowd wasn't watching them at all. During her part, you can see her scanning the crowd - and then afterward (at 2:44 in the video above), she says, "Look at us, please. Everyone, please look at us.

Most likely, the crowd she could see were fans of another artist, and since they had stepped off to the side, they probably turned their attention somewhere else. Hyorin's tone sounds like she was trying to make light of the situation, but as a professional, she probably wouldn't have spoken up about it unless the situation really was bad.

What do you think happened?

Prior to performing a two-hour live at Smart Araneta Coliseum, the young men of CNBlue–Jung Yong Hwa, Lee Jong Hyun, Kang Min Hyuk and Lee Jung Shin came face-to-face with their Filipino fans and media in an open press conference organized by Pulp Live World and SM Megamall.

Excited screams from the audience filled the venue in a show of warm welcome on their first time in the tropical archipelago. The band gave in good measure by introducing themselves in Filipino and adding common pleasantries in local language. All four are dapper in their casual suits, and charming with their answers and compliments.

Event hosts Jinri Park (in yellow) and Gretchen Fullido (in black) address a question to group.
Drummer Kang Min Hyuk solicited recommendations from those present on what local delicacies to try. He said he was looking forward to try balut (fertilized duck eggs), adobo (a kind of stew) and sisig (minced pork cheeks.) He was one of the more popular members among fans who participated in the pre-event onstage fun games conducted to entertain the excited gathering.
Lee Jong Hyun spoke the least, but had frequently checked the crowd and elicited screams whenever he flashed his dimples in a smile.
The four winsome young men exited the stage after taking a photo with their fans, staying only for less than half an hour, but not without a short rendition of their latest title track, “I’m Sorry” from Jung Yong Hwa, who says it is the song they would like to leave with their Filipino fans. The song has marked a milestone, being the first title track of a Korean release that was self-composed, and has once topped the Billboard World Charts.
It was a short visit but the impression CNBlue left is lasting. More photos from the open press conference on Soompi’s Facebook page.
