Super Junior News Updates: Super Junior’s newest Japanese album’s release date has been determined to be July 24. The album, titled “Hero,” will feature two of Super Junior’s hit songs, including “Bonamana” and “Opera.”
Super Junior’s new album, “Hero,” is the idol group’s first official Japanese album. As it is released in July, the album will include 11 Japanese songs, two of which will be Japanese versions of “Bonamana,” released in 2010 in Korea, and “Opera,” released in 2012 in Korea.
Super Junior has previously released other Japanese singles, including “U,” “Twins,” “Mr. Simple,” and “Sexy, Free & Single.” Super Junior’s Japanese singles have been very successful, and fans are looking forward to the release of their newest official Japanese album.
Super Junior’s newest Korean album was “Sexy, Free & Single,” which was released in 2012 and also featured a hit song called, “Spy.”
Super Junior, as a group has performed at the Tokyo Dome in Japan last year for their concert tour, and they plan to perform there again for their upcoming tour, “Super Show 5.” Super Junior’s world concert tour will commence this July on the 27th and the 28th.
Super Junior is reported to be the second Korean group that has the opportunity to perform at the Tokyo Dome in Japan for two years in a row. Before Super Junior, TVXQ was the first group to do so.
In related news, Super Junior’s subunit, Super Junior-M’s member, Henry Lau, has recently announced the release of his new solo mini-album. Henry is SM’s first solo artist in 15 years.
Henry’s new mini-album, “Trap” will be released this Friday, and the music video teaser as well as highlight medley video of “Trap” have been released on SMTOWN’s official Youtube channel.
