INFINITE Tops Japan Oricon Weekly Chart

After taking the number one spot on Oricon album daily charts, INFINITE has now taken the top spot on the weekly chart as well.
On June 13, Oricon released the weekly album chart ranking, and sitting at the top was INFINITE's first regular Japanese album Koi Ni Ochiru Toki.
In a span of just one week, the album has sold over 69,000 copies, surpassing Momoiro Clover Z, a Japanese 6-member girl group.
The crown of the weekly album chart was INFINITE's to take, considering its consecutive stays at the number one spot on daily charts. When the album was released on June 5, it rose to the top spot on Tower Record daily chart, HMV music sale, Shinsei daily chart, etc.
After the hot start on the opening day, INFINITE's success continued on through the rest of the week. They sold over 40,000 copies on the first day, followed by a consistent sale of several thousand copies each day of the week.
Beginning with a concert in Seoul on August 9 and 10, INFINITE will go on their world tour that will visit over 20 cities in countries like Japan, Singapore, United States, Peru, England and France through November.
