Park Si Hoo cleared by prosecution in the lawsuit filed against him by former agency CEO, Mr. Hwang

After some silence, news has come that Park Si Hoo has been cleared of charges in his last remaining lawsuit filed against him by his former agency CEO Mr. Hwang.

The actor's reps wrote on the actor's fan cafe, "Mr. Hwang filed against Park Si Hoo for libel, but the prosecution has cleared the charges. With this, this case is now completely finished."

To recap, the actor was sued by a trainee 'A' for sexual assault, and soon after, various individuals became implicated in the matter, complicating the issue with lawsuits being filed left and right. The situation seemed to come to a close when 'A' decided to drop all charges, and Park Si Hoo in turn dropped his lawsuit against her.
With this, all the little lawsuits between the actor and 'A's friend 'B' and so on were also dropped, but one lawsuit remained - the one filed against the actor by Mr. Hwang. Park Si Hoo had accused Mr. Hwang of working with 'A' to frame the actor, and had filed a suit against him. In response, Mr. Hwang had filed against the actor for libel.

However, since that lawsuit is now also over, according to Park Si Hoo's reps, the public is wondering if this means the actor will be planning for a comeback to the entertainment scene.

It has been rumored that the actor is currently participating in a photoshoot in LA for a Japanese magazine, but his reps are not commenting to confirm nor deny the rumors.
