Lee Joon wanted to marry H.O.T's Moon Hee Jun when he was younger?

As strange as it sounds, MBLAQ's Lee Joon revealed that there was a time he wanted to marry Moon Hee Jun of the legendary idol group H.O.T.

On the June 15th episode of 'Immortal Song 2', Lee Joon shared that he was a huge fan of H.O.T back in the day. Host Shin Dong Yup commented, "I heard that Lee Joon dreamed of marrying Moon Hee Jun in the past, and he even asked for sincere advice from his parents." 

The MBLAQ member explained, "I really liked him. It could happen if you really like someone. I decided to marry him during H.O.T's 'Line Up' promotions in 1998. They were at their peak at that time."

Moon Hee Jun responded, "If MBLAQ wins first today, I'll marry him," making everyone laugh. Unfortunately, Lee Joon's dreams didn't come true.

EXO look up to their labelmates TVXQ, Girls' Generation, and Super Junior as their role models

One thing that's keeping EXO on the right track to success seem to be their role models.

During an interview with TV Daily, the members were asked what they learn from their agency sunbaes at SM Entertainment. EXO shared, "As we perform on music shows, there are times when we get exhausted. But when we look at our sunbaenims, they also go on tours overseas and don't seem to get tired. We want to acquire the same stamina and mindset. Girls' Generation, especially, are women, but after seeing them carry out two-day concerts, they really impressed us."

Though the boys learned by watching, they also got advice as well. EXO shared, "Our TVXQ sunbaenims always call us whenever our teaser or music video comes out. They give us advice one person at a time through speaker phone."

"We also had the opportunity to meet our Super Junior sunbaenims in the practice room, and they told us to show them our choreography. We showed it to them, and they responded, 'To be honest, we asked you to show it to us so we can criticize it, but we have nothing to say,' and said encouraging words instead."

Chanyeol added, "This time around, we appeared on a variety show ['Weekly Idol'] with all twelve members for the first time. We asked Kyuhyunsunbaenim for advice. He told us, 'If you do everything the way hyung tells you to do it, you won't do well in variety.' It was a strong sense of support. We've heard many good words of advice."

EXO must have taken those words of advice to heart because they were able to clinch their first win on a music show on the June 14th broadcast of 'Music Bank' as well as June 15th's 'Music Core'!

Lee Hyun Woo Says He”s Jealous of His Friend Yoo Seung Ho

Lee Hyun Woo couldn′t hide how jealous he felt of his friend Yoo Seung Ho and his solid career.

In an interview with enews held on June 12, he started, “I was jealous of [Yoo] Seung Ho, who entered the army fairly early.”

The two actors got to know each other through the 2010 KBS drama Master of Study, and have since been close friends.

Yoo Seung Ho recently enlisted in secret to the army in March.

Lee Hyun Woo said, “Seung Ho is talented, so he was able to find a place for himself as an actor relatively fast. I′ve just gotten my name out there.”

“It′s usual for men of our age to enlist, but for us (celebrities), it seems really early,” he said. “I′m jealous of how he left after achieving so many things, but I want to continue to act for a while.”

Lee Hyun Woo appears in Be Covert, Be Great, the highly popular film that has so far gathered a four million audience, as a North Korean spy disguised as a South Korean high school student.

What does Super Junior's Kangin do when he can't sleep?

People have a lot of different ways to get themselves to sleep when they just can't seem to, and it looks like Super Junior's Kangin has his own way of battling insomnia!

He tweeted a photo of himself near his dorms and wrote, "I couldn't sleep, so I walked around the trail near our dorms by myself. Oho, this is nice~^^ ." Judging from how dark it is around him, it looks like he took the photos either very late at night or very early in the morning. Kangin also gave fans a good look at his forehead.

Looks like the reason why Kangin couldn't sleep was because he was too energetic. Hopefully, taking a walk helped him get sleepier!

Boyfriend Jungmin Receives Emergency Surgery for Appendicitis

Group Boyfriend member Jungmin has received an emergency surgery.

Starship Entertainment stated today, "Jungmin has gone in for emergency surgery for appendicitis."

An official stated, "After returning from their schedule in Japan, he began feeling pain in his stomach and was rushed to the hospital. They began an emergency surgery and is currently receiving surgery for appendicitis."

He will not be able to attend tomorrow's event and will be resting after the surgery.

Boyfriend has recently performed in Tokyo and Osaka for the promotion of their first Japan album.

Super Junior Leeteuk Makes Rare Public Appearance in Military

Super Junior’s Leeteuk made a rare public outing in the midst of his military service. Taking the microphone to facilitate a military award ceremony at a cultural center in Seoul, Leeteuk was seen in his military uniforms at the podium.

During a brief interview after the ceremony, Leeteuk shared with the reporters, “I am diligently and faithfully serving my military duties as a citizen of this country. I have been well recently. In just a few months, I will move up the ranks. Of course, I am always looking forward to next year.”

He added, “It gets pretty lonely here. But I need to keep my head up and do my best in everything in times like this. I will be back as Super Junior’s leader better than before when I complete my service next year.”

'Final Adventure', the Korean spin-off of 'The Amazing Race', starts off with poor ratings

MBC's new variety show, 'Final Adventure', which was hyped as the Korean spin-off of the popular American show 'The Amazing Race', unfortunately fell quite short in the ratings department with its premiere.

Despite the star studded cast  of Jo Sung Mo, Tony An, ZE:A's Heecheol,Julien Kang, and more, the show recorded a poor rating of 3.3%. However, the upside of kicking off with a low rating is that there's much room for growth and improvement, so hopefully the numbers will go up with the following weeks.

Meanwhile, its competition, SBS' 'Laws of the Jungle' once again reigned as king coming at 14.7%, while KBS 2TV's 'Couple Clinic-Love and War 2' achieved a 9.0% viewer rating.
